When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped 1-2 working days after the final payment instalment has been made. (Please note during busy periods or national holidays this lead-time may be slightly longer.)
Do I need to create a Partial.ly account to open a payment plan?
Yes. Since we need a saved payment method to process payments for your payment plan, you need to create an account to secure this information.
What items qualify for a payment plan?
All orders over £200 qualify for a payment plan.
Does Partial.ly require a credit check to open a payment plan?
No, Partial.ly does not require any credit check.
Will I be charged interest through the payment plan?
No, the only additional fees you will be charged is if a late payment is made. The price you see on our website is what you will be paying.
How much is required up-front to hold my item/s and start a payment plan?
Your first instalment is always 20% of the the total order value, and also acts as a non-refundable deposit to hold your item/s safe and sound for the full duration of your plan.
Why is the deposit non-refundable?
Many items sold by Yonder are one of a kind pieces, therefore a holding fee, in the form of a non-refundable deposit is required to account for the reservation of any item/s. Your payment plan can be cancelled at any time during the selected period, and all payments made after the initial deposit are fully refundable.
Can I change the date of a scheduled instalment?
Yes. Please get in touch with us to assist in changing this.
Does Partial.ly accept PayPal?
No, Partial.ly does not accept PayPal at this time but you can use PayPal to pay for your order in full through the Yonder. website.
What payment methods does Partial.ly accept?
Partial.ly accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Can I cancel my payment plan after it has been opened?
Yes, and all payments made after the non-refundable reservation deposit will be refunded back into your account.
Can I use any promo codes with my payment plan?
No, promotional discount codes cannot be applied to payment plans although payment plans can still be set-up on sale items.
I want to return my items. How can I do that?
All returns must be booked in by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from your final instalment payment. You then have a 14 day period in which any return items must be received with us.
All returned items must be in their unused and original condition and packaging, with their receipt. If items are not in their original condition then we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. Items that are returned after this period, but before 30 days, will be issued in the form of store credit.
Refunds will take up to 7 days to be processed. Please note that we can only refund payments made after the initial non-refundable deposit.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit.
What happens if I miss a payment or if it is late?
When a customer payment fails, Partial.ly automatically reschedules the payment 48 hours later. If three consecutive payments fail, the payment plan will go into default, scheduled payments will not process, and the payment plan will be canceled. When a plan goes into default, it may be re-opened by the customer, the merchant, or a Partial.ly employee.
What is the customer agreement contract?
The customer agreement is the legally-binding agreement between you (the merchant) and your customer. Customers are required to click a checkbox acknowledging agreement with terms of the payment and also signing digital signature in order complete the checkout, submit the down payment and initiate the payment plan.
