Why we adore this piece: "Each Berber rug tell's it's own story, but this one's rich tapestry sure speaks loud and clear. With symbols depicting Moroccan teapots pouring sweet mint tea, decoratively colourful camels, and bright shining stars, there is no doubt that this story is one of pure celebration! A real treasure!"
Our vintage Moroccan 'Boucherouite' rugs have been beautifully handwoven using traditional methods and originate from small berber villages in the Middle Atlas regions. Each piece is totally one-of-a-kind and guaranteed to add both personality and texture to your space.
Traditionally made by women, these rugs are often designed with soft warm colours - pinks & reds - and each piece telling it's own story through traditional Berber symbols and classic diamond shapes.
