This incredible vintage runner rug has been hand-knotted in Anatolia, Turkey, in the 1950's, and more recently restored at the edges, meaning these beautiful pieces can endure for decades to come.
Skilfully woven using thousands of small tightly woven knots, this flat weave vintage rug is perfect for high traffic areas and super durable despite its age.
Woven with history, these authentic rugs are pieces to be passed down for years to come.
Please note: This is a rare vintage item, therefore some evidence of wear may be visible, which not only adds to the unique charm of each piece, but tells rich the history of these beautiful rugs.
Vintage rugs are made by hand over the course of months, sometimes years. Their imperfections may include repairs, low pile, asymmetry. All of which are evidence of the hard working human hands that made them and the generations of families that used them.
