We hope you love your purchase but we understand that not everything always works out. If for you are not completely satisfied with your order then you can return an item to us, with the exception of sourced to order items & vintage items sold under any Online Pop-up Collections - such as "The Medina Collection" as these are purchased and shipped specifically to order directly from Morocco.
The terms for returns are outlined below.
Full priced non-vintage items must be booked in for return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase.
You then have an additional 7 day period in which any return items must be received by us.
This allows for a total of 14 days from purchase.
Sale items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Any sale items returned after 7 days of delivery but before 14 days of delivery will be issued as a credit note.
Please note that all one-of-a-kind vintage pieces are non-refundable when purchased on sale including flash sales or promotions.
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipping.
All refunds are provisional on items being returned in their unused and original condition and packaging.

As part of our online vintage pop-up event“The Medina Collection, all items are classified as second-hand and reworked or restored items meaning that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we are not obligated to offer returns on the basis of the customer changing their mind.
