Is it machine washable?
Yes - it's organic cotton throughout with no plastic lining, so a cool, gentle machine wash is fine. Reshape while damp and air-dry.

Why is each one a little different?
Because it's printed entirely by hand. The jam-red swirls are carved into blocks and pressed across the cotton one at a time in Jaipur - closer to a hand-painted artwork than a machine print.
